Named after the Italian word for sailing, Vela draws inspiration from the silhouettes of sailing boats cutting across the horizon. Crafted from olive wood and 18/10 stainless steel, each of the three knives features a distinctive blade designed for a different style of cheese. The set includes a rounded spatula knife for spreadable cheeses and pâté; a pronged-tip knife for semi-soft cheeses; and a cleaver-style knife for slicing firmer and aged varieties.
