Shipping policy

Our standard flat rate for shipping within Australia is $9.95. Purchases of $150 and over will be shipped free of charge within Australia. Please note bulky items are excluded from our standard delivery options.

We deliver to any address in Australia, including PO Box addresses. We use Australia Post eParcel service for all deliveries within Australia and you can expect your order within two to seven business days of order placement, depending on the destination. Deliveries to regional areas may take longer. All orders are sent with a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.

Bulky Items

Bulky items will be charged according to size, weight and destination and is charged at checkout. For any special orders that may include multiple bulky items, an additional fee may be charged.

International Orders

If your order is to be shipped to a destination other than Australia please email us at customercare@mecque.com.au

Delivery

Generally deliveries are made Monday to Friday (Public holidays excepted). If there is no one available to receive the parcel Australia Post will leave a card with pick up information. The parcel can then be picked up at the local post office during their normal opening hours.

Express Post

If you require express delivery please contact customercare@mecque.com.au and we will then advise your shipping options and any additional costs.
