Making a purchase from Mecque is easy:
If you know what you are looking for, use the Home, Woman or Man links. You can also shop by using the search function or directly by designer.
Once you have found an item, select your size and/or colour and use the 'add to bag' button underneath.
Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the 'shopping bag' link at the top of the page. You can add products to your Wish List or use the 'remove from bag' link to delete items from your shopping bag.
Click on 'proceed to purchase' to complete your order.
You don't need an account to complete a purchase. However, if you register with us, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Mecque account:
- Gain access to your Wish List
- Be notified when new stock arrives
- Save your address and card details for faster shopping
- Manage your account details, order history and email preferences and see order status.
If you have forgotten your password follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on the 'Sign in' page.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. When selecting the PayPal option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Mecque.com.au. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
At Mecque, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by eWAY.
Upon receiving your order, a standard pre-authorisation check on your credit or debit card is carried out to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once your payment has been approved.
If your card is not authorised, your card will not be debited, and we'll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order/s and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
You have 7 days from time of delivery to decide on whether to keep your items. You may exchange for another item/s to the same or more value and will be required to pay any difference in price. We do not offer refunds unless faulty or wrongly described. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
At Mecque, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Mecque is not responsible for any delays beyond our control, ie. adverse weather conditions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.
If you have not shopped with us before, check your junk mail and make sure Mecque is on your safe senders list.
You may also want to check that you've signed up using the right email address, you can view it in your "My Account" section and change it if need be.
If you've ordered from us before, and you're wondering why you haven't received your confirmation email as quickly as usual - our system may be taking a little longer to get the emails out than normal during busy periods.
You can check your order has been successful and your delivery method under your "My Account" section once you've sign into your account.
