Each piece is kiln dried, however cracking will occur as your natural timber product adapts itself to the environments moisture, temperature & exposure to sunlight. The appearance of cracking can be alarming at first but be assured it is a natural part of your timber's lifecycle. This is not a deterioration but a natural reaction to climate. You can witness these changes throughout the seasons, as if your furniture is a living, breathing being.
Our standard flat rate for shipping within Australia is $9.95. Purchases of $150 and over will be shipped free of charge within Australia. We deliver to any address in Australia, including PO Box addresses. We use Australia Post eParcel service for all deliveries within Australia and you can expect your order within two to seven business days of order placement, depending on the destination.
