The Hourglass Pot by Ferm Living is a sculptural planter that celebrates the harmony between architecture and nature. Defined by its distinctive hourglass silhouette, the design creates a bold visual statement, while the brushed aluminium finish introduces a cool, contemporary character that complements both greenery and modern interiors.

Crafted from brushed aluminium and treated for outdoor use, the Hourglass Pot combines durability with timeless form. Its reversible design allows the planter to be used in either direction, offering flexibility to accommodate different plants and arrangements. The Small size is ideal for compact greenery, smaller indoor plants and curated arrangements, making it a refined addition to balconies or outdoor spaces.

Whether styled on its own or paired with other sizes from the Hourglass collection, this timeless planter embodies Ferm Living's signature approach to Scandinavian design, where sculptural form and everyday functionality exist in perfect balance.

Aluminium; designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Registered design. Wipe with a damp cloth.

Each pot is fitted with two rubber lids to ensure a tight seal. When used outdoors, remove both lids to allow excess water to drain. We recommend using an inner pot. Over time, the surface will develop a natural patina. Please note that once the lids are removed, water will drain directly onto the surface beneath the pot, consider placement carefully to avoid potential water damage or staining. If kept outside, we recommend placing the pots in a sheltered spot, such as near a wall or under a roof. For best results, ensure they are emptied of excess water to prevent rusting.
