Defined by its sharp rectangular silhouette, the lighter features a translucent amber-brown polycarbonate body with a richly mottled tortoiseshell finish. Contrasting gold-toned metalwork introduces a subtle warmth, creating a refined interplay of colour, light and material. Each piece reveals unique variations in its pattern, lending an individual character to the design.
Handcrafted in Tokyo, the refillable petrol lighter reflects Tsubota Pearl's longstanding dedication to precision metalwork and considered functionality. Established in 1952, the Japanese manufacturer is celebrated for transforming utilitarian objects into enduring design pieces.
Both sculptural and functional, the Hard Edge Tortoise Lighter is a distinctive accessory for everyday rituals. Its warm amber tones and timeless tortoiseshell finish bring an understated sense of luxury to the art of lighting a candle or incense.
