Returns & exchanges

Our return policy enables you to return your item for exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please choose carefully, unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless faulty. Room sprays, diffuser oils, cushions, blankets and lighting must be returned within 7 days of receving it.

Some of the items we stock are handmade and will have handmade characteristics. These are not faults and their uniqueness is to be embraced. If you have questions about a particular product please contact customercare@mecque.com.au. Due to health reasons earrings are not able to be returned unless faulty. We are unable to offer returns on sale items unless faulty.

All products must be returned unused and all original packaging and instruction manuals must be returned or an exchange will not be issued.

You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes.

Damaged or faulty returns

If you experience a genuine manufacturer's fault with with your product, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. You also may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We will arrange a replacement part or item for you. If a replacement is not available, we will provide you with an exchange for another item, or a full refund to your original payment method. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item returns or exchanges, we will cover all postage costs.

We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
